With BKK Faber-Castell Partner, you can easily change your personal data such as address, bank details, telephone, and email. Additionally, you can submit documents and invoices, participate in the bonus program, manage co-insured family members, apply for a new health card, and download a replacement certificate for your health card. The app also allows you to submit a sick note, view your insurance status, and approve 2FA (two-factor authentication) for the online office.
To get started, simply install the BKK Service App and register with your personal information. You will receive a registration letter with a one-time password to complete the registration process. Once registered, you can access the app using a pin that you assign during registration or your biometric data (face or fingerprint). If you are already registered, you can simply log in with your known access data. The app also provides access to the online office using the same access data.
